We need to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you! Before placing your medicine order request, please review our return and refund policy. This will respond to any question you may have and keep away from any confusion later.

Order Confirmation & Updates

We keep you informed all through your order request process!

After placing your order: You’ll receive an email confirmation with all your medicine details and prices.

Once payment is complete: You’ll get a final confirmation email with the complete order request value and estimated delivery time.

Out-of-stock products: If any products are unavailable, we’ll notify you in the final confirmation email.

Track Your Order & Delivery Updates

When your order request is shipped, you’re in control! We’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your order tracking process.

Delivery details: The email will include the estimated delivery time span and any extra shipping information.

Track your order request: You can track your order request status directly from the email using a “Track Now” button (instead of needing to call).

Delivery options: We offer delivery to your home or work address, depending upon your preference.

Signature confirmation: For added security, you can choose registered airmail which requires a signature upon delivery.

Missed delivery: If you’re not available when the product is delivered, the transporter will leave a notice. Then you can arrange redelivery or pick up the package from the post office.

Shipping to APO locations and PO Boxes

We offer delivery to APO locations and PO boxes. Simply select APO or PO Box as your shipping address during checkout.

  • Verified Medi is situated in India. All orders are shipped Worldwide.
  • Customs clearance might create delays. Expect delivery within a few days to 1 month.

Understanding International Shipping Delays

Verified Medi works internationally! However, worldwide orders may experience delays because of customs checks. These checks are performed by government agencies and can take anywhere from a Few days to a few months. We recommend potential customs delays while estimating your delivery time period.

Lost or Damage Order Request

While rare, packages can sometimes get lost during travel. Here’s what happens in such case:

We reship or refund: If your order request is lost on our end, we’ll reship your order request or give a full refund(deducting taxes and customs duties).

Contact us after 21 days: If you haven’t received your order request after 21 days (domestic or worldwide), contact us on our helpline.

Reship order request in 8 weeks or less: We’ll gladly reship your request once for free around 7-8 weeks of your order request placement.

Claims after 8 months: We can’t reship or refund orders following 7-8 weeks.

Easy Returns & Refunds 

We understand that sometimes things probably won’t go according to plan. If you’re not satisfied with your order request, we’re here to help! This is the way our return and discount strategy works:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order request arrives damaged or contains incorrect products, we’ll happily give a full refund or reship your order request free of charge, whatever you like.

Contact Us Within 30 Days: Let us know within 30 days of receiving your request  that you want to make a return or request a refund. This helps us track and resolve issues productively.

Unopened and Unexpired Items: To be qualified for a return, the products should be unopened, in their original package, and within their expiry date. This ensures the quality and safety of the drug for everyone.
